Respected Sir/Madam,
My Idea Mobile NO- 9921136188. Yesterday night I.e. on 15/10/2014 at 02:44 AM the company deducted an amount of RS150 from my main balance. On asking about the deduction to customer care they told me that you used internet on it. But as far as I am concerned I turned off data and then slept even when I woke up in the morning my data service was off. But the customer care executive was not ready to lissten. On asking for refund he said straight away no. This is an act of fraudulently looting the loyal customers. i am a customer since many years and I am betrayed. I want my refund as soon as possible.
