Airtel yet again makes an attempt to cheat us. Somebody from my office called the Airtel Customer care to cancel my activation of Static IP address but he was told that since we are 2 days late from the billing date we will be charged for that month. Ok so then he said that since you are going to charge us for it we might as well use the service for this month. Now here comes the twist. Then he was informed that to reactivate the service now we have to pay Rs 5000 again. Now is this some kind of joke? I would request somebody senior from Airtel to contact me to get this issue resolved ASAP.
