No response and replacement after wrong product delivered.

Dear sir/maam, I had place an order for Pro Hair via online, order no:11152. But the company had delivered a wrong product instead of pro hair. I have been calling its customer care helpline since I have recieved the product. But I didnt get any response from their side. Therefore I raised this complaint seeking help from your side. I would remain grateful for your kind act. Thanking you in anticipation.
