First of all I would like to inform you that I have faced lot of problems with the customer care service agents of Hathway. I have contacted them more than 10 times and my problem is not yet resolved. I have invested atleast my 10 hours in calling at the call centre of hathway
My account no. is 982199. My account has a credit balance of Rs 2342. I am working in central bank of India. I was posted in Mumbai earlier, however now I have been transferred to Margao in Goa. I have vacated my flat in mumbai (B-61 Central Appartment Dayal Das Road Vile Parle East Mumbai)
I disconnected my broad band on 25 June 2014 and all the hardware were taken by your officials from my home in Mumbai. I was told that I would get my credited amount of Rs 2342 with in 45 days. I also requested you to send my cheque at my address in Goa. The customer care executives took my address of Goa and told me that my cheque will be sent. However when I called later your executive told that my cheque can only be sent in Mumbai, so I gave address of one of my friend in Mumbai. However when I called third time another story was told to me. I was told that I can get cheque only at my address (B-61, Central Appartment) in Mumbai.
Since I have vacated that flat I will not receive the cheque.
