Hello,My name is Akansha Bansal and I ordered MTS dongle on 8th September with the order no. 743643041697268. Since then I got calls many times regarding its delivery but the order has not been delivered to me yet. I called customer care but they didnt give any valid reason for not delivering the item and the cause of delay. They just gave a reply that they are sending reminder to their concern team but this reason I didnt found valid.They asked me to mail to their customer care but they also didnt reply regarding the issue. Now, when on saturday i.e. on 27th September, I talked to their seniors , they replied to the mail saying that the issue will be resolved in next 48 hours. The customer care is not able to provide the valid reason for the delay. This is how the customer care works. I,sincerely, request you to please take some action.
