Mis-selling of Kotak Mahindra account

->Kotak Mahindra’s sales person is mis-selling their corporate salary accounts.

We had promotional event at our company from kotak Mahindra bank for new account opening. sales person contacted us and explained benefits for account.

I was not interested to change my salary account. Sales person told that no need to change the salary account to kotak bank, you can still open the salary account and you need to just transfer some money using the NEFT transaction. I had double checked with him and opened the account

As per deal I am transferring the money using NEFT from other account. After 5-6 month I found that every month they are deducting the 580 Rs for not maintaining the necessary charges.

When I contacted the branch, they told me that it’s your fault, you should not believe in sales person and they are different corporate sales team.

I suggested them that I am ready to continue with account and will maintain the necessary amount if bank is ready to pay my debited money..but they are not ready and finally I requested for closer of account
