I am Vodafone postpaid user for Delhi circle and last month for my July bill Vodafone has charged me Rs.159/- for hello1_tvallsouth services and for August bill also they have charged for Rs.30/- without my consent and while i have contacted the customer care they are insisting me that i have clicked these services and i am using 2G connection and i never browse through my phone due to speed problem,but still they are charging me again and again so i would request you to kindly refund the entire amount and stop this type of fraud otherwise i have to switch to other service provider and this is corporate connection so almost 500+ connections will be affected and my number is 9654292488.Kindly resolve it asap.
