I had purchased ASUS laptop from Real Computers, Sadashiv Peth Pune, Maharashtra,
Unfortunately that ASUS laptop was defactive, I have submitted it in Service Center i.e Office No. 5/6, 1st floor, Dinprabha Apartment,
Nal Stop, Next to Rajmal Lakichand Jewellers,
Karve Road, Pune- 411 004, INDIA
They found that motherboard is damaged, They committed to replace this ASAS laptop, for that after 1 and half month and millions of mail they have approved replacement request and provided replacement certificate
now service center ask me to collect new laptop from show room and show room person ask me to bring old laptop
Old laptop has been taken by service center now I have only replacement certificate Xerox,
Service Center and Dealer are not replying properly
