I joined Country Club on last Friday (5th September, 2014) at Country Club Koregaon Park office. Two of the CClub representatives Ms Kritika and specially Mr Firoz sold me a deal of 10 years. Mr. Firoz repeatedly told me I can pay INR 3333/month for upcoming 24 months through any of my bank account without any interest. Before make the payment thankfully I asked my bank about this and they confirmed that is not possible.
Secondly, both Krtika and Firoz confirmed repeatedly that I will be able to go on my vacation from 3rd October,14 to 6th October,14 without checking the availability status. After joining the club when I tried to book it I could not do it because of unavailability of the club. When Iagain called up Firoz then he lied to me and told me that he did not confirm the date which is a complete lie.
Then I spoke to the reservation department and found the availability status of country club. None of the date is matching with my office holiday so the deal is completely useless for me. Firoz and Kritika both told me many many times that if I am not satisfied with country club then I can sell the deal with 2% brokerage + 12.5 % admin fee. I do not know whether it is another lie or not but I am god damn dissatisfied with Country Club. I want to cancel the deal or sell the package right away and really do not know whether I will be able to do so. I lost 47,500 rs for this company.
