on 31/08/14 i received a call from airtel digital tv stating that it is an service call regarding your dth connection.
and offering a offer to recharge with rs.1400 and will get 6 months extra for free on primary connection which was temporarily suspended by me since last 8-10 months. they didn’t told me that this offer is not available on suspended connection nor i do.
and i recharged my dth 3000260033 with rs.600 and 1400 respectively.
after that i called up cust. care 18001028080 to start my services and told them about the offer but they refuse saying that they don’t know about the offers that is an another department. and it will take 8-10 days to resume our services.
and on 07/09/14 our services resumed but the validity of our dth is only for 5 months.
the airtel digital tv cheated us
we need your help to get our offer .
