I recharged with Rs.57/- on 7th Sep as per the sms I received on 6th Sep. sms is “SPECIAL OFFER! GET FULL TALKTIME +DATA, RECHARGE WITH RS.57 GET RS 57 TT AND ALSO 1GB DATA VLID FOR 30DAYS. RECHARGE TILL 12 SEPTEMBER”. But I got only Rs.48 into my account. In the evening I got one more sms saying that “CONGZZ YOUR ACCOUNT IS CREDITED WITH REMAINING BALANCE OF RS.9.27 AND 1 GB DATA VALID FOR 30 DAYS ON RC57. ENJOY CALLING & BROWSING WITH VODAFONE”. In that assumption I keep on browsing and vodafone is started deducting the balance from my main balance for data usage. I raised a complaint with #1699360218 yesterday and said that it will be resolved in 24 hours.
Nothing happened till today when I called customer care executive he is telling different reasons. RC57 is only for TT no data will be credited and after some time some application problem from 3 days. simply bluffing the customers.
