I am saurabh suman. And my complaint regarding to provide misinformation about recharge offer. in this service call at 121 and know about my offer . when i am calling this number in 4th september and they given information ,if you recharged RS70 from E-recharging you got RS100 . and after that i rcherged from rcom website and i only got RS61.30 .when i complained about that problem then they say that is a magical recharge. in this service you got 61.30 to 100 . in starting or in ad they are not properly say about magical recharge.and their customer care executive say to me if you have any problem you go to consumerforum ,that is saying in threatring manner.So please my request to court taking a proper action sir…..
