Defected Shoes

I purchased my Reebok shoes on 30/8/14 from Anchi Forevor, Reebok, G-17, Ansal Crown Plaza, Sec-15A Faridabad. When I went to buy my shoes that time I hardly noticed anything. 2 days later when I wear my shoes that time I saw that there is a ssingle defect in my shoes and due to some shortage of time I was not able to report my problem. Yesterday when I went to Reebok showroom and show that defect, they refuse to take any action and misbehave with me,
