No Information, Wrong Information, Unsatisfactory Customer Care

I have faced a huge issue form this particular Online retails portal (www.healthkart.com)
I placed my order my order with them on 23rd of August. I ordered one item for which they were giving 2 items free for that. After two days i called them up to know the status because I had not received any mail or information regarding the delivery for the same. I called them up asking for the status, there they informed my that the order has been cancel because on of the item (which was to be given free) was out of stock. SO, here i had to ask them for the status. The representatives apologised and said that you can chose something else and let me know, so i did. When i asked them that when will my order will be delivered they said 28th August. However, again they did not do so, and no i did not receive any information about that. Again i had to call them to know the status.When i called them to check the status on the same day, they the other representative apologised saying that sorry on the behalf of the previous representative and that they would put all my three orders on urgent delivery and that i will receive all the three items together. I received two items on 29th, however one was still missing. I called them again on 2nd to know status myself, because again i did not receive any tracking details or mails regarding the 3rd item. The 3rd representative i spoke to she said that the order will be received by 6th. Today i am here with no clue of the 3rd item.

The order which was cancelled in the 1st place, i have received the mail for the same on 1st Sept. That is the speed of the information they pass to the customers. More than this i have been constantly messaging them of Facebook and their mail id ([email protected]). i don’t want to call them, because they tend to put their customers till ages.

There has been a lack of information for their end. Moreover, i they have always passed wrong information to me. Wrong promises has been made. They did not even updated the status of my orders till 28th. They made me call them again and again to know the status.

I am tired with all the follow ups. No proper information on any platform.
