I have taken a Airtel 4g LTE wi-fi connection on 18th of august 2014 by paying Rs. 2500.
On 19th of August I had registered a complaint that the speeds were very less and also no proper network. Custome care team had promised a resolution in 4 days and there was no resolution that was provided.
I have again registered a second complaint asking my money back.on the 25th and they had promised resolution in 3 days but again no response.
Its been just 10 day that I have taken this connection and already so many issues, its really disgusting.
I am not ready to wait for any more time to get resolution for my problem as I am sure that airtel will not be able to resolve customer issue in any manner. I would like to have my money back and request airtel team to take back their equipment.
