Respected Sir,
This is to inform you that on 19th July 2014 I bought a Samsang mobile Galaxy Star Pro from Prime Retail India Ltd, Kolkata. after 9 days the set was automatically closed. I had immediately taken to Hazra Service Centre. There they kept for 5 days but again after 7 days there was no display and one after the other problem arised. Again I had to send my set to the service centre. But still it has not been rectified and they are not ready to change my set even.
Please guide what is to be done further. For me to go repeatedtly to service station is not possible. I am sending a scan copy of my original bill.
