Eaither Product ya Money not Received

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have transaction the money about Samsung galaxy note 2 on date 04/07/2014 at 11.30AM through my ICICI credit card of amount 6999/- after received a call form sands shopping hub, Till date materials not received. After few day they have called this product is not available with as so we transform this money on your credit card, as per doing in previous process at the time you have booking order. That time again my transaction is done for 6999/- & 13998/- both amount is going to sands shopping hub.

Now they have not received a call and not refund my money. Following transaction are given below,
