We applied for a new broadband connection and a sales executive took advance of Rs.2700 on 11th august and said to setup our connection in 2-3 days but he never get back, when we called him he keep saying he will do it today for some 7-8 days. In response we said if he is unable to setup the connection give our money back, in reply he just said OK to give give refund in 2days but the same thing happens he never get back, so we reached the office and they firstly said u have to go to your area office and somebody will setup your connection, but when we visited there they told us you have applied for refund and it will take 45days to repay you. Thing is that we want our maney back within a week, and please take some action against them.
