I have purchased samsung grand 2 on 15th of February 2014 from The mobile Store address: No.229/16, Shop No.G2, Ground Floor, Avas Complex, 9th Main Road, Jayanagar 3rd Block, Bangalore – 560011.
The store manager that time was Muddassir. Before pruchacing he gave the false information regarding emi’s.
The offer which was going on that time was if a cutomer purchaces a product with his/her citibank credit card and if goes for 12 months of emi conversion, so as per RBI new rule everyone has to pay some percent for emi conversion.
So the mobile store was offering some cash back not full if we convert into emi.
But the store manager said that there won’t be any charged for you if you convert it into emi for 12 months. in case if you will be charged we will refund you the amount.
Based on his comments and trust i purchased the mobile phone.
and when my bill got generated i came to know that my bank has charged me some 1500 rupees extra which i have to pay.
In that 1500 amount the mobile store has refunded 846 rupees. and when i asked muddassir about remaining amount which was 930 he started talking very rudely and changes his way of talking.
Its been so many months still i have not received my remaining amount.
I have all the proofs with me.
