an order which i place did not get

this is a online shopping website. i place an order on this website at 9/08/2014 (Gliders (from Liberty) Men’s Fighter-N Grey EVA Sandals and Floaters – 9 UK) for 336 rupees . for this order max delivery date was 21 august 2014 but upto maximum delivery i did not get any order so far . also after contacting on this web helpline they are not taking any action and also they are not answering my call.
