It is out of sheer frustration and disappointment
that I write this to you.
This is to tell u that i had given my handset for
the 6th time to karboon service center bcoz of mic problem. Twice they
took 3 months to return the handset back to me, after i received the
handset i was still facing the same problem & now also i have given
again they are telling that again it will take 3 months more to get
it repaired bcoz they have to send it to delhi. this gets too
irritating and unacceptable for any customer to bear with!
This is the 2nd time they are sending it to delhi for a simple mic
problem . This is not good & fair, from the day when i bought the
phone only 4 months i have used it —> rest 6 months it is roaming in
the service center itself . If u guys are not able to repair it pls
refund the amount or give a new phone . Let us not drag this any
further in an indecisive manner! There is a limit to a customer’s
tolerance!

Do the need full for the same ASAP………………. am sure you
would not want to miss out your customer base and generate bad word of
mouth : especially in our IT circles where we have a strong network!
Till date there is no proper response or intimation from the service center that they are going to return the handset, this is unacceptable , i have already spent lot of money to make calls & visiting service center & also they are not providing the senior person contact details who can resolve this issue…….
