No response on complaints

My reliance broadband USER ID 316964324231, I have registered 2 complaints in reliance customer care on the dates 03/08/2014 complaint number 223374187, 06/08/2014 complaint number 223475869 regarding poor internet speed of 800 Kbps instead of 4 Mbps as per thunder combo 1249 plan. For which there was no response from the local reliance service team and my problem is not taken into consideration until now. I already posted a complaint here, for which a person called me from reliance consumer forum and replied my problem was resolved. It was never resolved. We are continuously cheated by reliance service with poor internet speed. Can anybody consider our complaint and provide us with the better service or else please disconnect the connection. I will never pay a single rupee to reliance if my connection problem is not rectified.
