Amont deducted but no response from customer care

I made a recharge of Rs. 125 on 09-Aug-2014 and the balance credited to my phone. Hardly I made one call and noticed the charges for around Rs.5.

On 10-Aug-2014 checked the prepaid my balance and noticed that it is Rs 25. Today again checked the balance and is Rs 0.

I am continuously trying to call on customer care numbers *333 and 198 and not able to get the connection.

I had chat with one of the customer are executive on http://202.138.127.20:8080/webchat/userinfo.jsp but got the response as system is busy.

I have experienced the same problem for the last recharge might be 10 days back.
