My phone number is 91760 96660. I recently received my phone bill and saw a charge for Rs.94 under a category title – “Downloads” with the following details:
26/07/14-13:24:24 d2c_mgossip_pack49 0:00 Rs.49
03/08/14-00:50:13 hello1_tvallsouth_ 0:00 Rs.30
03/08/14-13:32:26 animation_download 0:00 Rs.15
I did not make any of these downloads. I was pretty sure about this because 2 of the downloads on 3/8/14 has the download time of 12:50 AM and 1.32 PM. It was this Sunday midnight and afternoon. I was sleeping at both times with the phone put on my charger. I tried to resolve this through various means with Vodafone. However, Vodafone continue to claim that these downloads are valid. I see this forum has various customer with similar complains. Can Vodafone help to resolve this and reimburse the charged amount.
