For the last month bill- I have not received any
facility from TATA Photon Plus. So why they are charging me the rental amount?
I am ready to pay only Rs499/- which has still not completely used by me.
In the last month tata indicom has not given internet connectivity. So as a customer, why they are charging the rental amount.
If a company is charging the rental amount then they must have to provide full facility for which they promise.
