Unethical activation of plans by TATA DOCOMO without any user request

Hello sir,
I am user of TATA DOCOMO service. the company people deducting the money by activating some or other plans even though i have not activated it.. On 7th July at 10:07AM they deducted Rs 39.38 for ” Iplayer”: Plan which i didn’t activated , I called to the customer care at 10:30 after a long conversation they agreed to refund the amount and even I told them to deactivate the plan and dont activate it in future without my request. But i didn’t get any refund. From then after I didn’t recharge my acoount for almost 2 weeks.
On 21st july i recharges my account at 11:00 AM , by 11:07 again 37.77 Rs has been deducted for “Movie world” plan which is also not activated by me. I am fed up with this TATA DOCOMO.. i am an educated person but still i am struggling to save my money. But what about the millions of uneducated, aged mobile user Fate. How will they tackle such type of mistakes from the company.. PLEASE HELP ME.
