XOLO in-coperative staff / Not giving handset back given for repair

My phone (XOLO Q800 IMEI no. 911306750198813) that was under warranty had an issue of blank screen after 4-5 months of use. I gave it to a XOLO repair centre in Vashi Navi Mumbai on 8th June 2014. I kept on regularly calling and following up with the Customer care center in Noida as well as in Vashi and got now co-operation from their end. After aggressive arguments Today after calling I got to know that my phone is now repaired and had been sent to Vashi (After 2 Months ) from the Noida Head-office ; I called up Vashi center to know if I may come to pick my phone up ( I was calling since morning and the number 8422018181 stopped picking up my calls; After calling from another land-line number they picked up ; They said I wont get the Q800 back and In place of the handset I gave to get repaired They will give me Q700. ( They did not feel like telling me reason of why they are doing so. If I need the set they will call me tomorrow morning ; “that am sure they won’t” ).

They did not call me today as well, I had been trying the number since morning And my Phone is gone.

While buying I was afraid of exactly what I am facing right now. Good brands = ARE Good Brands no matter what.
I have used HTC and Samsung and the problem I faced with HTC was sorted out in mere 6 Days I had my phone back.
