DEFECTIVE SONY 40″LED TV & NO CUSTOMER CARE!

I bought SONY 40″ LED TV with 3 years extended Warranty on 13 Mar’2011 for Rs. 70,000/-. The day Warrantee expired, the TV also expired.The TV is at SONY Authorized Service Centre since then….:(

I paid Rs. 3000/- for repairs with same problem still persisting. Now, I am asked to pay additional Rs.17,000/- for repairs. The TV to cost me Rs. 90,000/- with NO WARRANTY!!!

5. Contacting TOLL FREE No 1800-103-7799 every day with NO RESPONSE/DECISION, till date.

6. Visited www.sony.co.in 15 (Fifteen) Times and lodge proper complaint with NO RESULTS, as yet.

Will anybody at SONY is listening and HELP me ????
