vodafone fraud in data plan

I am a Vodafone Postpaid Customer in Gurgaon ( NCR ) using 3G data plan. Vodafone has charged me Rs.49/- including in bill for downloading d2c_mgossip_pack49, a stuff which I had never downloaded. When I called their Customer Forum for explanation, they had no proper explanation. The agent said to cancel your services from vodafone and he said that he already forwarded an e mail to cancel it . My contact no. is +919811711261 . I saw lot of complaints regarding this. I hope Vodafone is looking at Root cause & will address it . Though i will be cancelling my services from vodafone if they are not going to review my current vodafone bill . Its been like 2 years with vodafone and never had this kind issue in the past .

Please find below the unnecessary charges showing on my bill .

    BEST TIME TO CALL WOULD BE BETWEEN 5 PM – 7PM COMING MONDAY .. \

    We tried reaching you on 9****1***1 but the same was switched off hence request you to specify your alternate contact number & the best time between 9 AM to 6 PM to get in touch with you.

    Again the same thing happened , Following are the charges that I am not going to pay . I hope the best is to port my number to some other network . This has become an every month problem . Trust Me , am not doing anything to download such packs and I don’t even know the relevance for such packs . Need help .
