Fraud bill for false download

I use a Vodafone plan with 2G data of 5GB included in rentals. In the last bill I have been charged for the following,

INR 99 for shotformat_dwnlp_9
INR 10 for handygo_javagame_1

I have never downloaded anything of this sort and still being charged. I raised it in multiple forums, webchat, spoke to customer care, wrote email to corporate care (mine is a corporate plan) but everywhere I get a similar answer that the charge is correct and I should trust Vodafone billing system which I don’t
When I searched for above 2 file names in google the first link came up was that of this forum with people logging numerous complaints of the same nature with same content names. I could some of them being addressed by VF as well.
