i have take connection of 512 kbps plan plan code ADULH512K with user id 1109972859
but my connection is not working properly i have complain many time but they can not resolve this problem so i have finally take on 22/06/2014 discontinue the connection and get refund form my amount when i have say for disconnection they have said that they will give me refund for my remaining amount and also say me with n a day how much amount i will get, after that i wait and even call every day to know how much i get refund but they always say i will get information from their back end team with in a day but they never contact me at 9/07/2014 they take their device and said me to call to customer care number (1-800-20-94276), on next day i call them they said to mail on their customer care email id ([email protected]) i have mail them and on that day and in response i received auto generated system email that they will response me with in 72 hours but i haven’t get any response from them so on 13/07/2014 they have said me i will not get any refund and then i again call they said they will get refund and wait for mail response so i have wait for 2 days then i have again called them today so they again say me that they will not give me any refund. so they are doing fraud with me
i have purchased their plan on 21/03/2014 for six month due to technical issue i have complain them with in 10 days after that it works for few days and after that my university exam start so i am busy with it when i have completed my exam i again start using internet but its again not working i called them every day even some time with in a day 3 to 4 times but they have not resolve my issue so i have not any way rather thn disconnect their internet and purchase from any other provider
But after taking their all devices they are moving from their words which they have promised to me and refuse for refunding amount
please do some thing for me.
