Huge amount deducted

Respected Sir,

With due respect I, Bikramaditya Mandal, would like to state that i have an Reliance smart GSM connection with the number 9749622498. From this connection I made a phone call to 7864063831. It was a local phone call with local call charges. The call duration was 0 mins 44 secs. But the amount deducted for this was around 25 rupees.

After contacting with customer care service they told me that the call duration was around 5699 secs. But I have both the call duration from the handset where the call was made and from the handset where the call was received. The company is not taking the responsibility. After saying that I have evidence (snapshots of call log with the call duration) with me for the support of my statement they are not even taking my complain.

I will be highly grateful if you help me by the right path by which I can prove the truth.
