Fraud charges in Vodafone bill for unauthorised 3rd party VAS

I have received my bill for the month of June ’14.

Here I been charged Rs. 30 for download of a 3rd party VAS “hello1_tvallsouth” that I have not downloaded, nor subscribed to via Vodafone, nor authorised payment for…

I asked customer care about this, but they only insist I have downloaded the same.

I have been a Voda customer for 10yrs +, have 3 Voda nos…an unlimited data connection on the no. in question…and am feeling extremely irritated at this fraudulent money-making by stealth.

Just googled this “hello1_tvallsouth” to find other customers have been duped too. Shame on you.

I refuse to pay this charge…if forced to pay…would rather shift to another telecom provider that be witha dishonest stealthy one.
