My name is Daniel D. Steven, I reside in Bandra, Mumbai.
I have been using Spearhead for years; I never had such a serious complain about the service and staff.
((((((((((( My internet was fluctuating since 2 days, I called and informed on 18th of June 2014, I was told technician Rizwan will come, no one showed up nor I was given complain number, I called again 3 times but was only given assurance.)))))))
I have put the above paragraph in bracket because, I have made a note since 18th June, the dates & time the net was not working, I can send the report in detailed description, as you see in bold.
I have been calling every day since the said date, stating that the net is working but it is fluctuating, I am unable to do my work, I have to wait for the router to be Green, when it is green I immediately start my incomplete work.
Mid June I had Rizwan (technician) come to inspect the problem, he could not solve, le left, but he said, if the problem persist then call him and give him the status, showed my me how to check the status after ‘Ping’ but he was still unable to locate the problem, spoke to Ilyas (says he is supervisor) he could not even help, I even called my cousin who knows computers & internet (well acquainted), he spoke to Rizwan & Ilyas, Ilyas is not helpful at all, does not respond to calls, I messaged him in critical situation, no response.
Conclusion: I am told to change the wire, and I will have to bear the expenditure, whereas I have already paid for the wire twice for which I did not get the bill. Last time the wire was changed the issue was same, but they trouble shot through some other method.
This time again I paid money, after changing the wire the same issue, but since 3rd July started working fine.
In between i spoke to Ms. Mona for compensation; she said I will be given, but at present Ms. Mona wants me to make complete payment, no adjustment, no bill for the wire I paid.
Please note how Spearhead function:
· From 18th June to 3rd July I was rarely given complaint nbr.
· Rizwan asked me to call immediately when there is issue, but no response.
· Ilyas, no response, line busy, I send message, no reply to that too.
· I call office board nbr, they say call rizwan.
· In between called board nbr couple of time, they say Fiber work is going on.
· Today my cousin called to speak to Mona about the payment adjustment, 1st spoke to Ms. Alfiya (don’t know exact name), she was trying to transfer the call, while transferring, we heard she and other members mocking my cousin & me in background.
· Later, managed to speak to Ms. Mona, she was very rude, “she said if you want Spearhead connection then this how we operate, take it or leave it”. I was helpless so I said I will complain to higher authorities, she said they don’t care, they have come across a lot of customer with my kind of problems.
I had taken S.head connection for my personal use (residence) as well as for my Cyber Café, had tough moments with Spearhead at that point of time so deactivated my account of Cyber café and only had for personal use and ignored technical issue & customer service considering it as a temporary issue.
But today, all of a sudden I feel cheated, when I have everything noted down, for my & SpearHead record.

I wanted to put this article on my site for awareness, so that people don’t go for such services.
I run a marriage bureau for Christian’s, also I have an advertising column, if I don’t get help from your end, I will have to take the initiative.
The last not the least, I called Just Dial for contact nbrs of internet service providers, sales person of S.Head calls me, I explained the problem and I am opting for another provider, but it did not make any difference to him.
