I got all the relevent mails with me.its been 25 days since booking and no progress.the commitment was for 7 days. their customer representatives are absolute dumb people,and give no information but to ask to wait for 3days and so on. registered adress of company, bhikaji kama complex,Delhi. person has now given new adress as follows, floor 2nd,3rd,H-112,B/24,sector-34,noida. I am not sure about adress. the reason for delay is lack of stock as they say. . But still taking orders for same product. . Absolute fraud. I have drrafted them a
refund money.
