Delivered wrong product

I ordered Zebronics foot ball mp3 player blue but they have sent me Zebronics stem player, upon that they have sent me a message that its delivered successfully when i got a different product ordered originally.

They took the return request and assured there will be a resolution within 48 hrs, next day i got a SMS its rejected by seller. They took the return request again and againt they said 48 hrs and again next day i got same SMS,. Third time the seller accepted for delivering but they sai it will take 48 hrs but there is no assurance it will will be delivered after 4 days also.

First of all it’s flipkarts responsibility to check whether correct product is delivered or not, if its not delivered they shud take measures immediately.

Its a open fraud my flipkart, as per below link we can see, even though customers have complained stating its not the first time, still the flipkart website is allowing seller purplezone which clearly shows they are being paid for fraud by the seller to keep quiet

not only above link on google as well if we search we can find number of incidents, i dont know how much money they are getting from sellers but they are not afraid even though i added media newspapers in cc while sending mail to flipkart but they seems to be shameless.

Its an open fraud.
