I have ordered a mobile phone from naaptol vide order No 9411109 on 02 Jun 2014 (prepaid). But they failed to deliver the item till date. When ever I inquired about it their customer care executive only repeat this word “you will get it within 48 hrs” but even lapse almost 20 days the item did not received here. When I approached courier company with tracking id they also informed me that they also not received the ordered item. I smell rat in the company”s behaviour. Please do something to get my money back from the company
