I have ordered a mobile phone from naaptol vide order No 9411109 on 02 Jun 2014 (prepaid). But they failed to deliver the item till date. When ever I inquired about it their customer care executive only repeat this word “you will get it within 48 hrs” but even lapse almost 20 days the item…
