My Complaint is regarding with Infibeam.com . This is a case of cheating done by infibeam.com to their consumers. Before shipping they said they are sending the new product as replacement but when I receive the product is refurbish one(scratches, left wire is loose and dust is inside the earphone) . My order Id is 11779130
I have purchased the Sound Magic earphone Pl11 on Sep 2013 from Infibeam.com. My earphone is not start working on 27 May 2014. So I contact with Infibeam team they are take the product with my old box from my home. They said they are change with the new product as replacement with the old box.
I have all the conversation of mails which I have done with Infibeam Team In which they clearly said they are sending the new product with old box.
But when I got my product is a refurbish one. When I contact with infibeam again they are still saying they have send the new product or told me to send the images of product. I have the send the images.
After that they change their statement and say its refurbish product suddenly.
Please help me on this I have done 100 cals and several mails to infibeam but my problem is not resolve.
