Idea Basheerbagh showroom, Hyderabad – has not activated my connection even after 3 weeks of submission of documents

Hi Sir,
I am raising these complaints against Idea Basheerbagh showroom,
Hyderabad
1. Though my outstanding idea netsetter bill is zero, i was asked to pay 780rs. My idea netsetter didnt allow me to connect thru internet but still i was asked to pay. So I paid and now it shows that my due is -780rs. It means they have to return me.
Idea net setter number – 9010084911
2. I converted my 9010084911 from postpaid to prepaid. took new sim 23rd May. Still not activated as on Jun 17th.
3. Tooknew nano sim on 23rd May for postpaid number 9010046007. Still not activated on Jun 17th.

Please help me in resolving the problem. I went to other Idea showrooms in hyderabad, but they told me to go to Basheerbagh only.
