sir i am pinayak having ph no.8093895235 of aircel network face the problem of balance deduction on 8th june of rs15.when i contact costumer care upon this they told me that u download a flash file on 3rd june.but actually i cant as my no was off frm 2nd june till 8th.i told them also if i download the file then where is the file in my mob and they hv to send a status msg that u download a file for which 15 rs was deducted.bt there was no such msg.i have also gone through such many cases in my hostle same answer by them.they refuse to refund the balance.one such no of my frnd is 9853365642(rameswar).please gone throug this,we are students rs 15 also matters.nt 1 tm also many time this was happen.
