I had a landphone having no.03322895547 with Broadband connection of Calcutta Telephone for the purpose of my study in MBA course. After few months of installation I noticed that the bill amount was abnormally high. I wrote letter to BSNL authority to look into the matter. But BSNL authority didn’t pay any attention to my complaint. I requested BSNL authority to disconnect my telephone and accordingly I surrendered my phone with a request to adjust my dues with my security deposits. BSNL authority disconnected my telephone.
But I was surprised to note that BSNL continuously sending telephone bill in my address. Again I wrote a letter to BSNL authority , but BSNL authority gave no reply . Suddenly I received one notice from BSNL having no.P.L.Matter/Dispute No.1903/BSNL/Central/2014 dated 6th June’14 for appearing in Lok Adalat scheduled to be held on 21st June’14. This is nothing but totally harassment and injustice to me.
In this context I would request you to look into the matter.
