On 11th June 2011, I had been to SRS Cinemas with my wife. Address: SRS CINEMAS Sec-48, Celebration Mall, Gurgaon. Movie: Holiday Date: 11th June, 19:50 show. We had food there and that was of pathetic quality and price, 1. We asked for veg-sandwich and we are served and charged for Chilli panner sandwich(as he misheard that). 2. American Corn are served there but they don’t give the bill but charged a huge amount. 3. We opt for popcorn tub and Extra large Pepsi (1 litre). Pop corn were soft rather than crispy and cold drink offered was not at up to the mark. There is no taste as it was only soda with a little flavour. When we complaint then the helper in the shop turned furious and said “kisko problem nhi huee, tumhe hi sab problem hai”. I was with my wife, so could not stand there and create a scene. Please help us in getting proper compensation and took their sample and take strict actions.
