All services barred by Vodafone.

Hi,

My self Lokesh Suthar.
On 6-Jun-2014 i have request to activate Rs 650 pack(3G unlimited GPRS pack) from Vodafone customer care.
Vodafone Care employee told that this pack will be activated after 00:00 hrs of 7-Jun-2014 and pack is activated.
On 10-Jun-2014 my GPRS services are barred and customer care saying that your credit limit has been crossed.
I called customer care 3-4 times to activate GPRS service but at last they said that no GPRS pack is active on your number.
Customer care also told that they received one request to activate Rs 650(GPRS pack) from 6-Jul-2014 on Mobile no: 8010407431.
Then i raised one complaint on 11-Jun-2014 for this, complaint no:2462725868.
As confirmed by customer care that this complaint will be resolved by 13-Jun-2014 but yet not received any solution and current status of this complaint is closed.
My vodafone number is 8010407431, current credit limit is Rs 2400 and billing cycle is from 6th to 5th of next month like (6-May-2014 to 5-Jun-2014).
Last month bill due date is 24-Jun-2014 and current bill is yet not generated.
And till now the amount that i have to pay to Vodafone is Rs 1469~(last month bill Rs 539 + current month Rs 930~ [Rs280 calling/SMS plan + Rs 650 GPRS plan]).

Request you to please regester below complaints against Vodafone:
1. All services(call/SMS/GPRS) are barred. (All services are barred by vodafone before exceeding the credit limit)
2. Customer database has been changed by Vodafone employee without intimating. (Please request vodafone to share call recording of 06-Jun-2014 and 11-Jun-2014 for this)
3. Wrong request raised by vodafone customer care for activaing the Rs 650 pack(GPRS pack) on 6-Jul-2014. (Please request vodafone to share call recording regarding this request)
