Completely Fed Up waiting for my mobile

Respected Sir/ Mam,
I had purchased a “Karbonn Titanium S5” on 12th April, 2013, which worked correctly hardly for 2 months. After 2 months, a problem of automatic restart started annoying me. Under this, handset keeps on restarting every second minute and after an hour gets switched off automatically and become dead. Then I went to Service Center where they just updated the software of the handset. Obviously, the problem still persisted to which I reacted the same and same was their reaction. I tried by going to different service centers but they all just updated the software. It was repeated with me not less than 7-8 times. Finally, being fed up, I just said to the receptionist that don’t just update the software and return it back to me……… I want a permanent solution. Till this 8 months of warranty have already passed away. They said that they need to pass this away to their main branch for repairs. As at that time, I don’t had enough stamina to tolerate it any more, I asked them either to provide me a refund or just replace that set , to which they took around 3 months to return the set and the handset was in worse condition. They were saying that they had completely changed the motherboard and touch screen but within a day I realised that none of the Internal Hardwares are working….I mean neither the Wi-Fi nor the Bluetooth etc. were working….I went again to the service center and then they resubmitted it with them. Next day, when I went there they show me a small mark at the top of the screen, which I surely remember that it was not there at the time of submission and then they said that the touch is damaged and now they are demanding Rs. 4350 for the repair of touch screen and it is worth to mention here that the handset is still under warranty. I am quite unsatisfied with the service of Karbonn Mobiles Ltd.

Hence, I urge you that either to get me a refund for that or get my handset replaced.Sir, please help me as i am in a trap and don’t understand what to do.
Please suggest me a remedy for this problem or get me a solution for this problem, as you feel appropriate.
