Dear sir,

I am Ramulu, resident of Hyderabad. Sir, on 17th May i went to Advance Hair studio for consultation with my friends. They gave us a discount of Rs 450 in the total consultation of 950. After the consultation being done by the doctor, i submitted my SBI Debit Card for Payment. They swiped the card for Rs 950 instead of 500. When i asked the receptionist about the wrong debit of amount, she said she would void the transaction (cancellation of transaction) and she gave me an acknowledgement of void slip, but till now the amount is not yet credited to my account. When i approached the the concerned person regarding the issue in the Advance Hair Studio, she is arguing with me saying it is the mistake of bank for not crediting the money in my account even after showing my bank statement. I also took the issue to the concerned bank person showing the void slip, he is saying that they did not receive any void transaction related to my account. So, I am unable to trace who has taken my money. So, i need your assistance in resolving this issue. Kindly, help me resolving the issue. I am not understanding what to do. So, i am filing a case in Consumer Forum.
