This is to inform you that few days back I got a call from SBI Customer Care that I am eligible for new Signature Card. They told me that that i will get below benefits:
1. Free access to visa lounges and all the services are free for me @Rs.2.
2. 2 movie tickets @500 free every month.
3. No One Time fee.
4. 5000 annual fee will be charge on the same date when the fee for my Gold Card is getting charged.
5. For lounges, without specifying that they are airport lounges, they told me that in delhi/NCR u will get drinks, food every thing for just Rs2.
6. I do asked them that whatever they are telling, can they send me in written and they committed that I will get a confirmation call and an email for the same.
After the call i surfed on the net and found whatever they have committed in not correct except that movie tickets. Next day i call customer care and asked them to cancel my request and they said that I will get a conformation call and at that time I can say no.
Day before yesterday i got a message that new card has been issued without any confirmation. Neither on phone nor on mail and today i received new signature card. This is very pathetic on your part that people are lying and providing false information.Since I said that i don’t want card, still I got this.
I have been using SBI GOLD card from past 3 years and was very much satisfied with the services, but the things that happened in the last few days have made me loose trust in SBI services.
I will not pay 10000 just for a new credit card. I hope that my problem will be taken into serious consideration and will be expecting positive response from your side.
