Vodaphone – Sending mails to non vodaphone customers

I am not vodaphone customer, but Vodaphone customer gave my email address – and now I am getting mails from Vodaphone mails targeted to him.

I had responded to vodaphone – but they are not listing they are still sending mails to me.

They are saying send SMS from your vodaphoe mobile number – I told them I am not vodaphone customer.
