I shashank tyagi a resident of C1A shatataraka apartment,aundh road,pune(411020),placed an order for new internet connection for my personal use.The name of the service provider is “YOU BROADBAND INDIA PVT. LTD.”.
In the beginning,after knowing my location and address the told me that they are able to provide their service in my area and they also told that their service is feasible there.Thereafter they sent me one link on my email id and asked me to pay the money for the corresponding plan in which i’m interested in.I paid the money on 31/05/2014 and same day informed them that i’ve made the payment.On 02/06/2014 i called them that when will they install the modem and asked for the activation of my connection.In reply,they said that within 1 week after your inernet will get start(including the installation process and activation).And till now my net has not been installed and WHEN I CALLED THEM NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE THEIR SERVICE IN MY AREA.And they’re just fooling me on the question of returing my money to me.one person says i’ll get my money back within 1 day,2nd says i’ll get my money within 3 days and another person told me that i’ll get my money back within 15 days through cheque.I dont know why those people are behaving like this.It seems it’s a fake company and they’re used to fool the customers.I just file this complaint against them and would request to take any legal action against this company so that they wont repeat it again in future.
