WORST SERVICE OF ASUS LAPTOP

I had purchased a ASUS Laptop and that is on warranty period. On 30th April it failed to work and as per the rule I informed to the customer care, so they took my laptop and does not provide any solution still now and my laptop is with them (although its a on site service). They are harassing me all the day by giving false promises. So I am feeling helpless….. If u people help me regarding this manner
